Consumer information concerning D.Lgs. n.185/99:
 
Purchases made on our site, like all mail-order purchases or correspondence, take place outside of a retail outlet and are thus regulated by D.Lgs n. 185 of May 22, 1999, which guarantees the right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract.
The consumer has the right to cancel his order within ten working days of delivery of the merchandise. This right allows the consumer to return the goods to the supplier with no penalties. The consumer is not obliged to furnish justification and will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
 
 Returns and refunds:
 
The merchandise must be returned to sender within 10 working days of delivery and be accompanied by a registered letter with advice of delivery to: noor.it Via San Pietro,

The notification may be posted within the same time limit by telegram or fax to the number +39 02 700 423 755, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with advice of delivery within the following 48 hours.
