Shipment
conditions
The
shipment of the goods takes place by Poste Italiane within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the order.
Shipping costs are euro 8,00 for credit card and euro 7,00 for Paypal or Credit transfer.
How
to pay
Credit
card: the credit card data will be elaborated exclusively by Banca Sella for the necessary
controls to authorize the payment on line.
Paypal: shop without sharing financial information and send money with an e-mail address.
Credit transfer: you can visualize the credit transfer informations at the end of every order.

Consumer
information concerning D.Lgs. n.185/99:
Purchases made on our site, like all mail-order purchases or correspondence, take place outside of a retail outlet and are
thus regulated by D.Lgs n. 185 of May 22, 1999, which guarantees the right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract.
The consumer has the right to cancel his order within ten working days of delivery of the merchandise. This right allows the consumer to return the goods to the
supplier with no penalties. The consumer is not obliged to furnish justification and will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns
and refunds:
The merchandise must be returned to sender within 10 working days of delivery and be accompanied by a registered letter with advice of delivery to: noor.it Via San Pietro, 31- 62019 Recanati MC - Italy.
The notification may be posted within the same time limit by telegram or fax to the number +39 02 700 423 755, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with advice of delivery within the following 48 hours. This notification must contain the product code of the
article to be returned, as well as indications for the means of cost reimbursements (postal money order, bank transfer, etc.) and if necessary, bank coordinates.
The consumer must return unwanted products in their original condition to the same address specified for the registered letter. Once the merchandise is received and checked,
we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible.
Shipping charges are, in any case, to be paid by the customer.
